No one has Halo 3 in probably a ten mile radius. At least they aren't shouting it to the roofs. I'm slightly depressed. Finishing the fight should be easier than this.

Today I felt pretty damn good. I'm excited because Radio Control will be going to the internets in the next two weeks (I'll place a link when I can), which means my parents can listen to me while I'm on! I'm not only excited for that, but then my directer said something to me to really make the day the best.

He was leaving to go, but just when the door was being closed, he opened it again and said, "Hey. You do a really good show."

I looked back. "Really?"

"Yeah, you do really well. Keep it up."

And then he left.

I realized much after that I'd given him back probably the most genuine smile I've given in weeks.

It's been pretty hard these last few weeks, but things are getting better. I'm still really bummed about Maggie, but my hopes have risen with my mother's choice to get another puppy. It'll be a Kashon (Bichon/cairn terrier). And I'm stoked.

I'll be able to be in the process of raising the puppy, too. It'll be tough, but I adore puppies and it'll give me something to do besides lazing around the house (though I plan on seeing Mandikat and getting an RA position at my college... which reminds me... I have to sign up for classes). My main name to root for is "Kiwi."

I really just can't wait to see everyone again. Parents, friends, puppies, family... gaming consoles... I miss it all.
